- Sales was not upfront about their need to send emails (and take over our email flows) for them to hit their ROI targets.
- Tool was buggy during the biggest sale of the year.
- Management was horrible to work with.
Avantages
Every part of working with Wunderkind and their management team ([SENSITIVE CONTENT], [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT]) was difficult.
Inconvénients
1. Customer Service - Our account manager was really challenging to work and eventually left the company while we were still a customer.
2. Management - If you have an issue and need to speak with management ([SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT]), they will not listen to you. They will not hear your complaints and do something proactive about it. Instead, when you try to cancel the service, they will send you a bill for $35,000.
3. Their tool is buggy - And they've been providing exit intent software services for over a decade. During our 2021 Black Friday sale their tool went down for over 50 hours resulting in a loss of an estimated $150,000 in revenue $1,000,000+ in brand equity. Additionally, we had other issues with their tool not showing properly to anyone. Our own team members had trouble seeing the pop up. We later learned that the pop up was shown to only 3,000 users over a period of a month, when we receive 3,000 visits per day.
