Once we finally got assigned a specialist and have the same person to talk to about our account things have run smoother. > > **Inconvénients**: ADP did not put enough time into the setup process before our first payroll thus many categories or specifics were not setup for us so when we went to process our first payroll it took nearly 2 days to complete. ADP had to keep making correction after correction. Tax rates were entered incorrectly so deductions were wrong. To be honest it was quite a headache getting everything corrected and right. > > It got off to a VERY ROUGH start, but after a month or so things seem to be running smoother.
