UI feels cluttered, too many buttons and menus, new users at work get lost easily. Mobile app misses some desktop features and the layout can be confusing at times. Spam filter sometimes moves legit mail to junk so I have to check it often. Add‑ins can break after updates and troubleshooting usually needs IT help. Some advanced settings are hidden and takes time to find when you need to change them. > > I use Outlook every day at work and it’s central to how I get things done — email, calendar and meetings all tied together. It saves time scheduling and keeps my day organised, rules and folders do most of the heavy lifting. There are annoyances like slow startup, confusing menus and occasional mobile sync hiccups.
