It helps me make the website attractive and has a great price. The few functions that it has: heatmap, funnels and recordings are all that I need to understand the users behaviour on the website. > > **Inconvénients**: Some of the futures need to be polished, live recordings, something you just get a blank page that is not loading, or it skips pages. ----- ### "Mouseflow help you to enhance your product" — 4.0/5 > **Youssef** | *26 avril 2021* | Services financiers | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I can say that this tool will let you know where is the customer pain from the UI and UX and it's easy to see the actual behaviour of your users easily > > **Inconvénients**: The only cons I can see is the price and number of credits you get in your plan ----- ### "Very Difficult to Stop Auto-Billing" — 2.0/5 > **Utilisateur vérifié** | *21 juillet 2016* | Marketing et publicité | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10 > > Good service, but very difficult to stop their auto-billing if you ever choose to. They had a great walkthrough to onboard me. Also, they did a good job of communicating the data security policy that you have to adapt to your website. > > **Inconvénients**: It was a little bit overwhelming to overlook all the features in the dashboard. I couldn't manage to find some simple features like the embed code. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Données structurées
