## Avis

### "PRTG Is a Great Tool for many Organizations" — 4.0/5

> **Adam** | *16 avril 2024* | Hôpitaux et soins de santé | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: PRTG works on Mac or PC\! I can set it up to alert me only on certain items in my org tree by priority, and it works 100% and I don't ever miss notifications.
>
> **Inconvénients**: Some alert settings could be more customizable or paused for a certain time period easier. The user interface could be setup a little cleaner and up to date.
>
> PRTG brings a lot of value to our organization and it works well to notify our Department immediately when something is down. We have a critical need for this. Some of the user interface and customization for alerts could be better though.

### "PRTG Network Monitor is a powerful tool" — 5.0/5

> **Matthew** | *7 juillet 2023* | Services et technologies de l'information | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: The ease to implement and on-board new devices into the portal. The out-the-box templates are also very good and enable us to monitor in-depth services with ease
>
> **Inconvénients**: Bespoke and customised service monitoring is a bit complicated and it would be nice to have more comprehensive documentation on this
>
> This tool has saved us a lot of time with configuration of in-depth service monitoring

-----

### "PRTG Review From a sales manager of PRTG" — 3.0/5

> **Mauricio** | *16 octobre 2023* | Informatique et sécurité réseau | Taux de recommandation : 7.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: What my customers like most about PRTG is that it allows them to maintain a general overview of their overall infrastructure. This way, if they have any incidents or alerts, they can respond quickly. They also appreciate the product's price-to-quality ratio, as the price per node is approximately $3.
>
> **Inconvénients**: My customers' biggest complaint about this tool is that it lacks a wider range of features compared to its competitors. This is because it is literally only for monitoring. It does not allow me to remotely intervene in my infrastructure or make adjustments online. For this, I need to have other third-party tools to complement PRTG.
>
> In general, PRTG is a very good product if you are looking for an option to monitor your infrastructure. It has interesting dashboards and templates that are quite good for creating management reports.

### "Good app to monitor connections and devices status" — 4.0/5

> **Reynaldo** | *14 octobre 2024* | Automobile | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Monitor all the connections and devices that we use in all the company
>
> **Inconvénients**: It takes some time to setup each connection or device that wants to monitor
>
> I like this monitoring tool because it helps to prevent some fails or interruptions on the network

-----

### "Fast and easy to set up monitoring" — 5.0/5

> **Warren** | *11 mars 2024* | Matériaux de construction | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: The initial setup of PRTG is very easy, and the 100 free sensors allows you to monitor a reasonable part of your network for free to determine that it will do the desired job - or if you only have a small network, this may be fine to monitor your entire network.
>
> **Inconvénients**: Some advanced features like the ability to set up auto-remediation of issues would be nice, as would the ability to use PRTG behind Cloudflare.
