The fact that I could read my mail online and have it forwarded to a different address of recycled just made my life way easier. I visited their Anaheim facility a couple of times and the folks working there were real cool. The post-scan mail system has been a nightmare. There are constant delays, and important documents are often lost or misfiled, causing significant disruptions in our operations. Requests for updates or assistance are met with silence or vague responses, leaving us in the dark and unable to meet our own deadlines. It's frustrating to see how poorly these issues are handled, especially when they directly impact our ability to provide quality service to our clients. Leadership at Post Scan Mail seems to lack the foresight and organizational skills needed to run an efficient operation. Instead of addressing these ongoing problems, they tend to shift blame and avoid taking responsibility. This kind of management is not only unprofessional but also harmful to the business relationship.
