There are MUCH better solutions on the market. The problem for us was that you have to spend a lot of time figuring work-arounds by the time you have put so much time into making it do what you want you are too far down the rabbit hole to back out once you find out that it is not such a great "solution" that requires babysitting and overhead. Do not sign a contract until they prove it does what you need seamlessly otherwise you will be disappointed. They will tell you what you want to get you to sign and then fall short. I can edit on the fly with the app, which I guess is ok. I was stunned when the customer service rep actually went and made the edit herself as opposed to pointing me to some kind of manual. I was a bit worried that the offline portion wouldn’t work from the basement of a house that flooded but it has worked as expected. > > **Inconvénients**: The syncing is a pain in the butt and sometimes the guys will have to hit force sync about 5-6 times before everything decides that it should just sync already which is also, a pain. If you aren't computer literate backend is a horror show to view. Also I hate when the pics disappear altogether, are they thrown away or ruined for no reason and costumer got totally empty box. > > We used to have reams of paper all over the trucks on the inside and now it’s just our phones. It has been three years and I am still using my smart phone at midnight for signatures instead of a clipboard. My court cases are also much easier because I can store those signatures.
