The removal of flexibility to submit payroll. The people and what they consider is important and that they hound me constantly to upgrade. > > Paycom was much better 10 years ago. Now the costs are just way too high and notification is not sent out at all. Exact example is changing to quarterly and the $300 charge for the months, not the quarters, I don't process a payroll. I was told AFTER this went into effect last year and unbeknownst to me it cost me $600 on the 2 months out of the quarter I did not file a payroll - up from $39.00.
