I’m impressed that you can scan in a room and design it- this is something I’ve needed all my life for when I move, absolute game changer. Many gaps in the product. Will list in description. > > Poor customer service. Many expectations not clear and some features not able to trial until you pay. There is not any documentation about the features either, so no way to research what the feature does, or what options are for render and plan recognition. Also, it was not clear that more objects in the library are available or not after paying. No way of importing new objects, no way of accessing the shopping cart (feature not yet available in the USA, they said, with no estimate to when it will be ready). Finally, their "Academy Courses" stated as being a subscription feature, are actually just the 2 videos that are already available in the free account\! They refuse any refund or any partial refund due to their "policy". I paid for 1 year in advanced and test it only for a couple days.
