We have found Child Friendly to be a game-changer in making our reporting paperless, our payments error-free and subsidy collection seamless.  They have built it with specific customization for Alberta which really sets it apart from the rest.  No brainer if you are AB based.

The built-in reports are amazing for analyzing data, and the system handles registrations, parent payments, and even payroll hour calculations with ease. It simplifies the financial side of running a daycare, especially when it comes to government reporting.
It basically does EVERYTHING that you need a software to do for childcare, so we no longer have to create our own systems and spreadsheets, or use multiple software/apps.
