Every year I tried a new Client Management Software preparing for tax season. I'd end up frustrated and not using it after a few weeks. My clients said Basil is straightforward to use. The best part is they feel safer with the download security. No emailing, dropbox, or driving to the office. It has saved so much time. I do see a downside with changing client emails. From my experience clients do ask to get their emails from time-to-time. Per your support team we were advised that our firm cannot change the email address associated with an existing Basil account. We were advised that if a change/modification is needed for a client's email that this would need to be done by your support team\! I feel this is a waste of time, as we would normally be able to change the client's email in the past. > > Since we are learning as we go along, it seems to be user friendly.
