The ability to use digital signatures in the portal is a huge plus. The chat feature is solid and the notifications from the system are timely.

> **Inconvénients**: I’ve had to learn some different terminology as to what they call things vs what was used to with my previous service.

> My over all experience has been very positive. My company tried out four other client portal systems before landing with Motion. Our clients have had nothing but good things to say.
