The ability to use digital signatures in the portal is a huge plus. The chat feature is solid and the notifications from the system are timely.

> **Inconvénients**: I’ve had to learn some different terminology as to what they call things vs what was used to with my previous service.

I like that I can manage multiple projects at the same time and I can prioritize based on due date. I also like that clients to upload documents that I request directly on the portal.

> **Inconvénients**: It is a bit slow, but it is not too bad.

> I absolutely love Motion and have recommended it to several people\!
