> **Avantages**: Increased number of bids x3. Increased deal flow and “win” rate. Efficiency created opened up estimator role to add more responsibilities. The online visual of the takeoff allows the user to see the where and what of the takeoff. The Excel download allows for integration into the proposal. There are other tools continually added, even bid creation if your trade has a standard price/cost list.

> **Inconvénients**: Really, there aren’t any cons. You have to share information. Remember the AI and the Beam team want to and will learn how you operate.

> From the sales team to implementation to customer success we have been very satisfied. The software is a game changer for our company.

> **Inconvénients**: The reporting that is received - particularly the excel format does not group each item to a specific scope. For example, sanitary sewer items are mixed with water main and storm sewer which makes it a little difficult to follow.

> The overall experience is great\! Good customer service. Complete takeoffs to the parameters set by my companies capabilities and needs.
