The accuracy of the transcription is top-tier, even with background noise, and the AI-generated summaries are a total game-changer for my productivity. It’s incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making it a permanent part of my daily workflow. Highly recommended for anyone looking to save time\! > > **Inconvénients**: There is one significant drawback for power users: it is currently not possible to collect Zoom chat data. This makes it difficult to maintain a complete record within a CRM, as any links or notes shared in the chat are lost. It is a fantastic, easy-to-use tool for voice, but the lack of chat integration is a missed opportunity for full CRM automation. Actually, CRM integration does not actually seem to be working despite the possibility being announced. Very frustrating\! ----- ### "Fathom Is Like My Own Virtual Assistant" — 5.0/5 > **Tony** | *5 mai 2025* | Services et technologies de l'information | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Ease of use and it has saved me countless hours in piecing together meeting notes. > > **Inconvénients**: Clients are sometimes skeptical about AI note takers but that is not a product issue. > > I love the tool so far. With the ability to record, transcribe, highlight, and summarize your meetings, Fathom allows you to fully focus on the conversation without the worry of capturing every detail manually. > > **Inconvénients**: Instead of sharing just text, Fathom allows you to share specific video clips from the meetings but not in a separate way ----- ### "Premium is an A+ Platform" — 5.0/5 > **Kevin** | *28 mai 2025* | Gestion d'organisme à but non lucratif | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The AI meeting note taker has a superior method of collecting the information and a variety of pre-set options for sorting that are much more useful than competitors. > > **Inconvénients**: No cons at the moment other than needing budget to maintain the premium option which has the superior AI note taking capacity. > > Very intuitive platform with great customers support and engagement. I found it very easy to implement into my day to day work. ----- ### "Fathom - I highly recommend\!" — 5.0/5 > **Chris** | *27 mai 2025* | E-learning | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Fathom is super easy to use and outperforms other similar apps I’ve tried.
