The member app is a big plus—members can update their own profiles, which saves me a lot of time and keeps our information accurate. It also helps keep events and announcements clear and up to date. Customer support has been excellent. They are very responsive, listen to feedback, and fix issues quickly. You can tell they are actively improving the platform. For the price, it offers great value.
