I am a pretty basic user (a few classes and videos) but it has a lot of features that I might use in the future (challenges, personal scheduling) so it's great to know these features are already there. Their customer support was responsive and i didn't have any major issues with the platform. Then in March 2024 they migrated to a new dashboard and s\*\*\*\* hit the fan. The new dashboard was a big mess\! Classes would disappear all the time, and new classes would randomly be added to the schedule without my doing so. I tried to run my studio like this for two months, but it wasn't sustainable. I migrated to Momence in June 2024. After I migrated to Momence I sent a formal request that our information be completely deleted from their platform in appliance to GDPR standards. It has been 4 months since that request and people are still able to book our classes on Arketa without my consent.
