It allows me to track progress and identify areas of improvement quickly to improve the overall performance of my team. There are also other standard features for call research and sentiment, speaking rate and word cloud etc that are helpful.

> **Inconvénients**: Although many features work right out of the box, the quality metrics dashboard is custom to the needs and requires a little bit of setup, for which we got training and support.
