Simple manual incident and maintenance management that enables our customers to know the status of our services as well as automatic incident creation for customer facing applications removing the need to manually update the status page if your process allows. > > **Inconvénients**: For us we really only needed the status page with manual incidents and maintenance as well as a few monitoring of sites/apps we have however the product is an incident management system first so I think it would be a neat idea to offer just a status page and site/app monitoring solution with a more limited interface to make the use of only those 2 features easier, less noisy. > > Support has been amazing and the turnaround times for a bug we had or a feature we needed were very quick.
