I even submitted a request for verification because the video I created was specifically intended for internal use by my team. Some of the details included were necessary and couldn’t be removed, as they were essential to the content. Despite this, and without offering any explanation or proper communication, the app simply disapproved the video and removed it altogether. We weren’t even informed about the decision. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to be treated this way, especially when users are paying for the service. > > I’ve been working on creating my video for the past two weeks, putting in so much time and effort to ensure it turned out well. Then all of a sudden, without any notice or explanation, the app decided not to approve it and even removed it entirely. What’s even more frustrating is the fact that I actually paid for this service—and now all of that has gone to waste. I can’t even export my work. So what exactly did I pay for? It feels incredibly unfair and disappointing to invest both time and money only to end up with nothing. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and honestly, I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Also, there are a lot of connection issues that interrupt my work flow. Some of the models used for the Avatars could be a little better put together to enhance their appearance. Kind of off putting when I am trying to produce a professional video and the person on screen looks like they just rolled out of bed lol. Also, the monthly time limit allotted on the Starter plan is abysmal and waaaaay too low. Not sure if you allow SSML tags, but that would be a simple solution until you can do a full feature build (if you wanted to go that route). But I've made several videos on the platform and plan on making many more while I have the minutes.
