Would like it to be a little less dramatic with small changes in weight.For legal reasons, all treatment sheets need to be reviewed and signed by a veterinarian. In our hospital, the technicians develop the Instinct treatment sheet based on a written plan in Cornerstone. Sometimes, because the ER gets busy, this is not reviewed, and the "doctor to confirm treatment sheet" may not get checked off, or one of the technicians will check it off. I would like to see this be MANDATORY, and ONLY the primary DVM on the treatment sheet is able to check it off. I have seen numerous (at least 3) very detrimental mistakes in transcribing from the planned list to Instinct.
