> **Avantages**: It helps to keep track of the loads and decreases the time that I spend invoicing and making driver settlements.

> **Inconvénients**: It’s not easy to use. When you make a mistake, then you usually have to start over. Basically don’t make any mistakes or you will be wasting extra time for sure going back over what you worked on before you made the mistake. I also don’t like how we don’t have the option to include or exclude information on settlements, customer load number doesn’t automatically generate on the invoice portion, the commodity portion doesn’t automatically generate on invoices and these are all things that I have to manually type in. Also, on the settlements, it doesn’t give a year to date deduction amount.

> **Avantages**: I appreciated how user-friendly Truckbase is, especially compared to more complex TMS platforms. It streamlined key dispatching tasks and made it easy to track loads, drivers, and documents in one place

> **Inconvénients**: While the platform is generally user-friendly, there were a few features that felt limited or not as customizable as we needed for our specific workflow. One improvement I’d really like to see is separating trucks and trailers into their own tabs, similar to how the Team tab divides drivers and dispatchers. Right now, having them grouped together makes it harder to manage and locate equipment quickly. A clear separation would make things much more organized and user-friendly.

> **Inconvénients**: There are minimal integrations - although Truckbase is continuing to add more (such as recent fuel integration with Wex/EFS). Price is very high. No monthly or even quarterly fee structure.

> Truckbase is a wonderful TMS\! It solved a lot of our operational and administrative headaches. As our company scales, Google sheets was no longer sufficient and this is where Truckbase took the torch to help us move forward and grow more easily. It is a great platform created and maintained by a great team.

> **Avantages**: There are many things I live most about Truckbase but the ones that are top of mind would be: User friendly, proof of delivery scanner for drivers, rate con import AI, invoice QA integration, and incredible over and above customer service. I get my questions answered quickly and their team proactively checks in with me to make sure our transition is going well.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: I haven't been able to get use out of it from my phone, but I also forgot to ask \[sensitive content hidden\] if there is something I should be doing differently.
> 
> Game changing\! TB has saved me so many hours in nagging drivers for proofs, invoicing, settlement creation, etc. I love the integrations with QuickBooks and our factoring company as well. I would say this software easily saves me 20 hours a week.
