We use this tool to allow our donors to send e-cards to people as a way of donating in their name. It is a key part of our Christmas campaign. This is the first year we have used the eCardWidget, but it works great and has integrated smoothly with our Shopify store. We were able to design e-cards very similar to what we had manually produced in previous years, and people can add personal messages and schedule the send - two features we had struggled with when using a different tool.They are also continually developing it and making it better. Whenever I have had a problem or question, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been super responsive and even added new features to be able to achieve what we wanted. I love the customer support, and all for a very affordable price.
Avantages
It is very easy to use. We set it up very quickly and had it integrated with our store in no time. I like the customisable options and flexibility. It is very affordable and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] provides excellent customer support.
Inconvénients
Any time I have asked about a feature that didn't exist, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been very helpful in finding a solution, so I can't really say there are an cons! Whenever we came across any bugs, they could be resolved pretty quickly.

The ecard widget is helping us to automate our virtual gift offering, reducing work load and improving the user experience.
Avantages
This product is a great add on with our Charity appeals. It's easy to customise and set up. The customer support from Tim is honestly incredible - I did have a few issues but he has responded and helped with every problem I've had. Really excited to keep using this product and see where it takes us :)
Inconvénients
Nothing at all - we've had a great start using this software and looking forward to what else it can help us to achieve.

Avantages
This widget is extremely easy to install and edit. Everything so far has been a positive experience and the customer support helps you with your questions.
Inconvénients
No cons, everything works as it should! I wanted a feature that allows for different images on the sender thumbnail and recipient e-mail, but it's not a necessity.

Avantages
I loved the customer service mostly. Setting it up i thought it was not going to be what we needed but after speaking with customer service they went through and showed us everything and it was a perfect match.
Inconvénients
only when i set up all cards first and then had to re-do all when i realised i had to have them under a widget to display only 1 on the checkout page. would have been great to explain that first but it could have been my mistake!

As a digital artist, I have been looking for such an application for a long time to realize my creative ideas. And this app is perfect for creators of visual content such as any type of e-cards.Ease of use, easy integration with your online store, a beautiful and modern sending form on your site, the ability to sell e-cards. And quick developer support is a huge plus for users. I recommend this app to use!
Inconvénients
I found only one problem using this app - I need to protect my own created e-card from free download on right click and also in mobile. Because in this case it is impossible to sell it
