They are continually adding new features and making it better. I like that I can use one software for all my coaching needs, and scheduling classes is easy. Practice has a scheduling page that I can direct clients to, and they can pay when they schedule individual appts and/or classes. When they schedule, they receive a confirmation and a Zoom link. I don't need to pay for other software for my business when I use Practice. I also like the fact they actually do listen to comments, many talk the talk, Practise walk their walk.
