> **Avantages**: The customer service is great. If you can't find the answer in their knowledge base, then you put a ticket in and someone gets back to you same or next day.

> **Inconvénients**: I felt it was complicated at first but after watching some training videos, I figured things out.
> 
> I love OptiMantra\! I have fax, lab integrations with Rupa Lab and Quest so the labs come right to my emr. The consent forms are easy to make, I can send e prescriptions. Now they have Zoom for the telehealth visits which has been great and Deep Cura their AI addition which helps so much with writing notes. I just talk about my visit and AI puts it into the categories of my note. It has cut down on documentation time\!\!

> **Inconvénients**: Not being able to block my "other staff" from going into the "Settings Area" of the program.  I click the link "no access" but they are still able to open the Settings Area

> OptiMantra is a good fit for our practice.  It is easy to train new staff on and has may ways or options to get to the same areas of the system.
