> **Avantages**: The customer service is great. If you can't find the answer in their knowledge base, then you put a ticket in and someone gets back to you same or next day.

> **Inconvénients**: I felt it was complicated at first but after watching some training videos, I figured things out.
> 
> I love OptiMantra\! I have fax, lab integrations with Rupa Lab and Quest so the labs come right to my emr. The consent forms are easy to make, I can send e prescriptions. Now they have Zoom for the telehealth visits which has been great and Deep Cura their AI addition which helps so much with writing notes. I just talk about my visit and AI puts it into the categories of my note. It has cut down on documentation time\!\!

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes the check out section can be a little tricky, and thing are not that easy to find.  For example discounts are under coupons, sometimes it's confusing.

> Overall, I love this system\!  Like anything there is a learning curve, but the on boarding staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with.
