You will not receive a full scan of the envelop or mail received, lucky if you get just the address label. Virtual mailbox will not match the actual bin so you will be charged for storage of mail that shouldn't be there. Mail forwarding gets lost, shows up a week later still at the mail handling contractor. No support, no apologies, won't even overnight your mail forwarding after they "forget to forward" your mail.
