> **Avantages**: Coming from a complex company, we are very fortunate to be able to use a singular platform to run both our giftshop, in person POS system, and online sales platform.

> **Inconvénients**: The reporting side of the platform has been a flaw for us, this is due to it not pulling the correct numbers and miscounting our revenues. I do believe we could limit some of these miscalculations if our system was fully set up to meet our needs.

> I have found that RocketRez has been an easy platform to use and learn. There are some features like coupons that require multi-steps that can cause some grief. Overall, I think it offers an array of tools. When we first started it was very difficult to set up as most of the examples were based on boating or wedding companies. Where ours in more complex in our offerings.
