You can use Google drive, have all the data synced up, and then get the data in other laptops. Search is so good. User interface is good , friendly and easy to use > > **Inconvénients**: Cost is very high compared to other similar ones Customer support is not good as well. > > Overall Google One is excellent in meeting what it is build for. If it were more competitively priced would be a winner in its class. ----- ### "Clean up space will wipe your data" — 1.0/5 > **Andrew** | *26 août 2025* | Informatique et sécurité réseau | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10 > > **Avantages**: It's a good offering, but implemented very badly. Could be especially useful for people with lesser abilities and time to make alternative arrangements. > > **Inconvénients**: Specifically, the way "clean up space" feature is implemented. We store data locally, so we can access our favourite pics and photos any time, without being connected. By implementing it the way they did google developers just stripped us of this ability. What is done very badly (read, unprofessionally): 1/ when you click on it, there's no warning what's about to happen, e.g. all your data will be wiped from your device 2/ there's no 'stop' and 'undo' 3/ the worst part, google support told me sorry there's no way to get it back - again, unprofessional, because it's not true. 4/ I found a way to get my data back, but ONE FILE AT A TIME (no bulk restore). I wish I could charge google for 3 months worth of restoring work\! > > Well, based on the above detail, I cancelled my google one subscription. Instead I implemented my own good old file backup process, which never failed me on other devices. I urge everyone to never trust this function and never click on that "clean up space" button. When you loose your data, don't tell me I didn't warn you\! 😊 ----- ### "Great product overall" — 5.0/5 > **LaDonna** | *11 juin 2026* | Services aux consommateurs | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I personally quite like Google One, and think it is fairly priced. Depending on the tier, you not only get increased storage space, but also longer Google Meets. All plans include enhanced Google Account support, so as a Google One member, if you are ever locked out, you can get support from real Google employees. > > **Inconvénients**: Google One is the only service of this kind that doesn't give you a formal receipt or invoice. Furthermore, it's non-refundable. Even if you request a refund immediately after the subscription, your request still get rejected. Just something to think about. ----- ### "Storage tool" — 5.0/5 > **Hannah** | *1 avril 2026* | Génie civil | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Google One helped our organization centralize storage and manage files across different devices and users within a single platform, enabling a smooth workflow and efficient data organization. Its shared storage and backup features make it easier to store, access, and protect important data while ensuring availability when needed. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy for both employees and management to stay connected and organized. > > **Inconvénients**: it supports automatic backups, file sharing, and seamless integration with other Google services, which help improve productivity and collaboration across teams. > > Its ability to provide secure cloud storage and scalable plans further enhances efficiency and reduces the need for additional storage solutions, making it a cost-effective option for data management and accessibility. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Données structurées
