We asked if it could be changed to USD and we were told to cancel and then given a URL to resubscribe to make the subscription be in USD. However, this doesn't work. When we sign up, it shows a success page, but all the other pages still appear like we haven't signed up. We've been asking for help for over 24 hours now, with no response. It's a business day, so it's a bit concerning. Even if they replied by saying that it's an issue, and we are working on it, that would be much better than what we have now. You can create incidents, link them up with third-party monitoring services, subscription services (even includes Discord notifications which are popular nowadays). It also has excellent, easy-to-follow documentation provided. I got everything set up in less than 20 minutes, connecting a custom domain was even easier\! > > **Inconvénients**: Everyone is good, but I suggested a feature to the founder in the Instatus Slack for there to be a way to have incidents automatically create using your own custom template when your third-party monitoring system detects an outage.
