> **Avantages**: EasyHOA has totally simplified our HOA payment processing. We originally chose it as it seemed like it had the best value for the cost and that couldn’t be more true now\!

> **Inconvénients**: Currently EasyHOA does not have the ability to bulk bill units on the admin side but the support team has been great and helped us with a work around 
I also wish there was an ability to sell/purchase tickets to events online

> **Avantages**: It is very easy to use in almost all areas. Finding, tracking, and pulling data is streamlined. Logging payments is generally easy and updating information is very easy.

> **Inconvénients**: The ability to waive fees does not seem to be possible or it is not easy to locate as an admin. Reports should be able to be pulled without them being excel files. I’d like to be able to save and open them in Google sheets or a non Microsoft product. I can’t seem to have a regular account and an admin account. I have to use my account to log in as a homeowner and my husband’s to log in for admin purposes. It won’t let me do both from one account.

> I spend a lot of time on it as the president and treasurer of our HOA. It is generally easy to use but there are a few minor features that could use improvement.

> **Avantages**: EasyHOA has been a great communication tool thus far. I'm excited to see how the payment process goes in January.

> **Inconvénients**: We've had problems with our checking account linking, so transactions are not transferring and we're months in waiting for a resolution from Plaid. The inconsistent methods of resident listings has been frustrating. One time it lists them by address, another alphabetical, etc. I'm thankful for the search option in most cases.

> So far, things that I've been able to utilize are beneficial. The staff have been helpful in offering to enter the transactions that aren't working correctly because of the banking issue, but I can enter them it in the time it takes compile them to send.

> Overall, I think they are an excellent choice for HOA's. They have enabled us to accomplish the same things that our 3 past management companies did, BUT did not charge $1500.00 per month.A

Accounting module - allowed our HOA to absorb this work and avoid the expense of maintaining accounting services
Ease of start up, ease of use and customer support.

> **Inconvénients**: 1) email system is antiquated… ‘filing system’ is lacking as it consists of flags within the in box. Folders should be created allowing you to move out of the in box. 2) certain functionality is a bit clunky and not necessarily intuitive.  Opportunity to streamline areas. Small items throughout that would make it more user friendly.

> Very positive. Set up was extremely easy, navigation rather straightforward.  Customer support has been terrific and they accept feedback for improvements gracefully.  Representatives always helpful and timely.  Well worth the investment
