Avantages

I like the stability and reliability of the solution. Different tools have an approach where the delivery of new functions is more important than maintaining the ideal conditions for the tool, it's definitely not about ClickMeeting. I am using this in daily routine for my live training sessions from last few years. In addition, the powerful side of this platform is that you can access it from any device and any operating system, well, except for very specific ones. I recommend it to everyone.

Inconvénients

I like that software and everything around it. For all the time of use, I have not had any serious problems or bugs. The program is relatively new and as for me they still have much to grow, but the most important thing is that it would remain the same stable and reliable.

Avantages

This is definitely superb software for making webinars, it is quite easy to configure everything that you need and start. In the critical situations when you out of the office or not in critical when you are just on the vacation thanks to ClickMeeting you can create a webinar even through your smartphone, everything works not worse than on the computer and that is fantastic! In addition to this reasonable to mention that there are exists all the abilities for customizations and integrations that you may possibly need!

Inconvénients

During some of our conferences, we experienced problems with a demonstration of the screen. We needed to show the important materials but unfortunately we could not do that at once, the system allowed it to us only after the callback.

We have been able to organize and conduct customized webinars for lead generation from across the country. It has cut our administrative costs and headaches significantly when we switched from a competitor's product which had limited features and was much more expensive.

Avantages

The software is designed to accommodate how businesses work. You can use default features to set up a quick online meeting or custom design a webinar for 100 attendees. It's flexibility and intuitive interface make it accommodate our complex requirements. Customer service has been very responsive, informative and friendly as we have come up the learning curve.

Inconvénients

I wish we could customize the autoresponse thank you e-mail. We turned that feature off and now send our own customized follow up email to attendees.

Avantages

The UI is nice and clean, the meeting room is well through out and has everything you need. ClickMeeting allows the visual element to play a role in the meeting. The best part about CM is their customer support (live tech support folks are also incredibly knowledgeable). ClickMeeting is used across various departments due to those that work remotely. The easy setup of the webinars is what first brought us to ClickMeeting. Now we can have to down to work fast and simple.

Inconvénients

Some of our remote users have found that ClickMeeting has some lag-time when using it on their android devices. The audio quality could be better. It would be nice to be able to trim the recordings.

Avantages

Very competitive pricing, and the platform has many features. We have integrated our solutions with theirs which was easy to do.

Inconvénients

We used to have some connectivity issues before, but they all seemed to be fixed now, and haven't had any issues since and we recommend the product.
