> **Avantages**: This software has truly been "set it and forget about it", because it works as advertised and never requires any care and feeding. It's one of the few applications that we have that pretty much maintains itself.

> **Inconvénients**: We're running the appliance and there are a few things that we have to do at the OS level, such as adding network routes or updating the SSL cert, that I wish we had to ability to do through the GUI instead.
