A phone number in 2023 is 10 digit.No ability to enter foreign addresses and phone numbers for contacts outside of Canada. This CRM allows me to stay organized and not miss a thing. People really appreciate the follow up and know that details have not been missed and they receive the best possible outcome because of this. The data is only as good as you are at putting it in the system so it's important to know how to use the tools available. Customer service has been a great experience when I needed to learn the features that I needed. It's also great that I can assign files and tasks to other colleagues and then see exactly what has been done (or not) every step of the way. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes, I will search a name that doesn't show up and then when I search the address it will come up with that name originally not found. Minor problem. > > I have been able to manage a huge case load myself and stay totally organized. I like that my colleagues can see any file they may need to reference to avoid wasting time and repeating the same actions.
