> **Avantages**: I thought the cost was a pro of Fresh Learn, the first call was very helpful. Little did I know that after the initial sales call that is where your service ends.

> **Inconvénients**: There is absolutely no service with Fresh Learn. I asked multiple times for a refund after a bug caused my subscription to be altered at the check out. I was promised the refund and have since been ghosted. I then tried to use the platform (as I have paid inadvertantly for an entire year) and I have found the service to be below expectations. Students have been unable to navigate around the site and I have had to change platforms to ensure they get the product they signed up for.

> Would not recommend. Do not trust the sales team, you will simply be ignored.

Every time I have an issue she is there to help me and my computer illiteracy is no problem for her, she just patiently explains it for me AGAIN and again.

> **Inconvénients**: I gave this a lot of thought and initially it was how slow the migration was but that was just me having really outrageous expectations of my massive school being migrated quickly .. these things take time.

> I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with the FreshLearn team.
