Avantages
I coteach in a collision repair classroom, and our teacher uses Autovitals for his home business. We have also been using it in class because it is necessary for our students to keep up with trends in their industry. I found it incredibly easy to use - and so did our students!
Inconvénients
There were a few bugs or glitches to begin with, but once we started using it, they worked out and there's no downside to the software that I have found.

Overall AutoVitals is a good shop work flow and digital inspection system. I would love to see Autovitals bring in more integration on the approval side and billing side.

Avantages
Neat features, may have lots of tech behind system but found it clunky, not intuitive and basically slowed us down.
Inconvénients
When the system actually goes live with you they want you to use it for about 30 days to get used to the inspection process. We wanted to convert the text phone number over from our old systems, so our customers didn’t have to be bothered to see yet another new number, this took longer than the trial period also!
This is where they get you, see you have 30 days from live to cancel and back out well, when 30 days passes you are now locked into your contract for a year or whatever you agreed to and if it's not working for your store that's too bad. They have you financially now.
Autovitals didn’t solve my biggest pet peeve from our old system! If you add a new custom, build an estimate and want to text it to a customer, you can’t because Autovitals doesn’t recognize the customer right away??? Slows production, estimating and waists time!!!

Regarding your specific concerns about the integration, in order for the integration to function quickly and effectively, canned jobs must be mapped, and all best practices must be followed.
In regards to your comments on AutoVitals’ contracts, our agreements are designed to ensure mutual commitment, provide best-in-class support, and protect shops from price increases during their agreement period. Additionally, we do not offer trial periods.

We have had a great experience with AutoVitals, we are so happy with the product and service! This has increased efficiency and work flow so much, joining with AutoVitals has been one of the best decisions we've made as shop owners to date.
Avantages
It's a great product that has helped us improve our work flow immensely! Their customer service is top notch, everyone is very responsive, knowledgeable, and available whenever we need them. It communicates really well with NAPA Tracs, which is a must for us being an autocare center. We are extremely happy with AutoVitals!
Inconvénients
There really aren't any that come right to mind, they truly do a good job.
