The system is counterintuitive making our team, regardless of experience level, reliant on the Exenta team for guidance on processes, functionality, optimization, etc. We have requested one-on-one training on multiple occasions in which our staff, including our IT team, has been left with more questions and confusion than answers. When system functionality issues have been identified and support is requested, multiple emails and phone calls are required prior to any assistance being given regardless of the impact to our business. When we have escalated to higher management, improvements have been made however these have been short lived with no lasting improvement.
