I think the aggregators should also have more customisation abilities in terms of how to scrape > > Honestly, JBoard is great for most job board use cases. Setup process is relatively straightforward and fast, it has all the typical features and more and has thoroughly thought out extra features to help ease potential jobseekers and employers into using your job board, and the customer support team is great. In bullet points the number of pros might seem equal to the cons, but the weight of having the pro points outweigh the con points.
