> **Avantages**: The two things I love about Zeal the most are the interface and the customer service.  In terms of the user interface it is intuitive, easy to use and there is such a low barrier for entry.  I am not a super savvy tech guy, but now that I got it, I can't stop using it.  Additionally, the customer service rocks\!  They are so helpful.

> **Inconvénients**: The thing I like least is that sometimes I upload pdf and the formatting is a little wonky, however, most of the docs I create are in Zeal and I know they are working to fix this.
