It integrates with QBO (it's clunky on QB's end, but that is due to issues with QBO). It does a really great job keeping track of PTO/vacation time (much better than QuickBooks). The ability for employees to track their hours, vacation time, etc. and make requests through the app is excellent. Their recent update to the app was a huge improvement as well. > > **Inconvénients**: There are some features that could be less manual, and there are some features that could be more intuitive and less clunky. Even with the assistance of customer service, we have yet to figure out how to work the lunches into the scheduling correctly (we just monitor this manually). > > Overall, it does everything it needs to. MOST everything is straight-forward and simply. There are a few things I wish they would make more clear, simple, less "manual," and less clunky. But, as far as the other options out there, it works and does what it needs to do. It is easy to print reports, and it is very handy to print the weekly times and give them to the employees for approval. > > **Inconvénients**: The system is very finicky. For us, if you forget to close a prior pay period, it won't accurately display the most recent punch times. It seems to resolve after you fix the mistake, but it seems like an unnecessary function for the capacity we use PayClock Online in. > > Overall, this is a very useful application for tracking employee time. Track all aspects of time keeping. Pull detailed reports for all kind of time tracking. I liked that it differentiated regular hours from overtime hours. > > **Inconvénients**: We used facial recognition for time tracking. We started to have trouble where time clock would go blank and not read. Customer support was very helpful and tried several times to figure out our problem. Switched out several time clocks. But ultimately we could not figure out why it would continue to do that. Could have something to do with the power in our building, but couldn't be certain. > > Overall, I really liked using it. It made calculating payroll hours very easy. We just could not work out what was causing the clocks to go blank. For years we used it with no problems. The system readily shows you who hasn't completed their time card which saves you time having to review punch cards, etc. It also allows you to keep track of PTO and allows for notation of how it was used. They system stores the data so you have it for future reference if you need it. > > **Inconvénients**: If you are unaware of what the program has to offer or cannot figure out how to use it, the CSRs are great and walk you through the program step by step so you can use it and/or learn to apply it to your business. > > Because I am able to access the program no matter where I am, I am able to correct problems employees may have had forgetting to clock in. I don't have to be onsite to take care of problems.
