Video session issue When I'm waiting for a client to join a video session, I will sometimes receive a pop-up stating that the session has already ended, even though I'm still in the session and nothing has changed. When this happens, the client is unable to join, despite the session still being within the scheduled time window. The only workaround I've found is to delete the session and create a new one for that day, otherwise the client cannot access the video session. 2. Session location field It would be very helpful to have a checkbox or dropdown menu to indicate the location where each session is being held. I work in private practice and travel between multiple rural communities in Canada. Some clients attend sessions at different office locations, so having the session location included in the appointment details, especially in the automated text reminders, would help reduce confusion and ensure clients know where to attend. > > Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Owl Practice.
