As a recruiter working on a position that is niche, or hard to fill, you can feel like you've seen everyone possible that'd be a fit for your position. With the ability to search more creatively, new candidates are a breath of fresh air when on those difficult positions. > > **Inconvénients**: We found the integration to LinkedIn Recruiter to be the most important aspect of this tool with the Chrome Plug-in. Using LI Recruiter, you can use the ZoomInfo Talent Chrome Extension to pull contact info data while still in the LI Recruiter page. This feature was incredibly useful... until it stopped working. About 3 months into using the tool, it became clear there was a bug in the tool's API that prevented all the profiles from being pulled, and show on the extension. It took about 4 months for the team to respond and work on a solution, and the extension still has a big. You now have to scroll down to the bottom of the LinkedIn Project (25 candidates down) and then the extension will load the profiles - and even then it's not always guaranteed to work. > > Overall, I enjoy using the product. However, since the extension bug, I have used it much less frequently. A toll that doesn't work as it was designed to is just not as useful and can be frustrating. The Chrome extension makes it easy to pull up information when you're on a person's LinkedIn profile. > > **Inconvénients**: Lack of profiles in the Talent platform, so in terms of sourcing, you will see less profiles using solely ZoomInfo for sourcing then LinkedIn Recruiter for example. And it's not due to a lack of tagging, etc. The people are just not even in ZoomInfo's talent database. I've seen this a lot. We've had much better results when sourcing in LinkedIn recruiter, more profiles to pull in. > > Ultimately, we're only using ZoomInfo to pull in Contact info from the chrome extension. We tried sourcing through it and ran into problems with missing profiles. We tried 'enhancing' our database with contact information, but beause of the lack of profiles in their Talent database, the enhancing process was only capturing a small number of contacts and the bulk updating process in Crelate (our CRM) isn't great so this caused a lot of manual search and sort work, making it much more efficient to just use the Chrome extension for contact information. ----- ### "ZoomInfo provides some useful additional info on candidates" — 4.0/5 > **Suzanne** | *6 juillet 2023* | Équipements publics | Taux de recommandation : 7.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The ability to find a personal phone number or email for ZoomInfo TalentOS is what makes it useful for the price.
