> **Inconvénients**: The AP1 camera units we had were plagued with bugs and issues. We completely switched to just GPS OBD2 dongles and haven't had any major issues since then.

> Overall the support staff are helpful when their services are needed, although reaching support via phone is a challenge. Via email or support ticket is the way to go
