The customer care is really good,supportive and efficient. No need to follow up often.

> **Inconvénients**: I would prefer if they can enable a feature to upload mulitiple files to the workspace. It's very time consuming to pick the files one by one.
Also, the admin should be given access to remove or delete an uploaded file as there are instances where wrong files are uploaded by users.
Password protected PDF's cannot be uploaded.

Active Security
Active Security is implemented to assign levels of access for certain users. In document management, this is done by assigning usernames and passwords and implementing role-based security.

Passive Security
Passive Security helps prevent unauthorized access to information. In document management, this is done through systems encryption, which helps protect against external threats.

> **Inconvénients**: Enadoc easily integrates with existing office applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other legacy applications using XML and web-based services. Search documents using the interface of existing applications without logging in to Enadoc.

> Enadoc uses mathematical algorithms to identify the frequency of each tag or keyword within the organization's repository. The tags or keywords with the highest frequency appear larger in the tag cloud while tags with lesser frequency appear smaller. Users simply touch or click the tags to drill down the tag search into several layers until they find the documents and information that they are looking for.
Other than using the tag cloud, users can search through Global Search, which uses a variety of search parameters that help locate a document
