> **Avantages**: Very simple and intuitive software. The CFR (Conversation, Feedback, Recognition) module is fantastic in driving continuous dialogues around moving the KRs forward. For individuals, who are new to OKRs will find the Academy videos really helpful in building OKR concepts and understanding
