It's a great alternative for Loom. There's no limit on how long the video recording is. That will be very useful when making long presentations. No need to worry about running out of time. Also, you can use annotations, which is not present on Loom. You can use it to make your video presentation more interesting and easy to understand. Again, this is not available on Loom. I've been using the default screenshot function on my Mac but after trying Nimbus Capture, I think I now have a new favorite. I really like the Select \& Scroll feature because it's very useful when trying to get a screenshot of a vertically long website. Trust me, you'll gonna need that feature someday. I can now disable 2 extensions on my Chrome and just use Nimbus Capture. This will be my new favorite extension. > > **Inconvénients**: I don't see any issues so far. Though I suggest they add an on-screen timer when it is activated. You have to count in your head in order to know when the recording has started. I have the premium version, and with all of the features that it offers I would have needed to purchase 10 other programs just to get the functionality of this one. as a law student, every second of my day is planned out and time is my most valuable asset. I could go on and on about the amount of time Nimbus Captures saves me on a daily basis, but it is amazing to me how much more productive I am because of it. We purchased the plugin for a one-time use but the annual subscription was renewed without any notice or receipt for the renewal charge. There is also no clear link or setting in the app to cancel the subscription. Email responses from their support team were apathetic and I had to follow-up to get a response.
