It offers excellent value compared to other platforms, with accurate phone, mobile, and email addresses.  The system is straightforward to set up and integrate with your CRM.  It helps me manage our sales and marketing prospecting workflow.

> **Inconvénients**: I can export leads to HubSpot. I wish it had tighter integration with HubSpot, like Salesforce.  Not a big deal. It takes a few extra clicks to look up a HubSpot record in the Seamless browser plugin. I'm sure they will add this feature soon.

> **Avantages**: We subscribed for a year. Unfortunately, the platform did not deliver results for us; we were unable to monetize or generate value from the service during our subscription period, despite using it in good faith.

> **Inconvénients**: Their policy requires cancellation at least 60 days before the renewal date, which we weren't initially aware of. While we assumed we had until the actual renewal date to decide, they use this early cutoff to lock you in, effectively shortening your decision window and leaving customers without real flexibility.

> We subscribed to Seamless.ai for a one-year term. Prior to the renewal date, we notified Seamless.ai that we did not wish to renew our subscription. Despite this clear communication, our credit card was charged for another full year of service.&#10;&#10;After contacting customer support to request a refund, we were informed that Seamless.ai requires cancellations to be submitted at least 60 days before the renewal date. This policy was not disclosed clearly when we initially signed up and was only referenced after the charge had been processed.&#10;&#10;This 60-day cutoff seems designed to reduce flexibility for customers and trap them into another billing cycle, even when a clear intent to cancel has been communicated. We believe this is a deceptive and unfair billing practice.&#10;&#10;We formally requested a refund, but our request was ignored. AS I do, I am comparing it to other tools in the same price structure. I have found that Seamelss.ai provides more hits on my searches with more accuracy than the competition. I can't wait to try out the intent data vs the big Z option with a price that is too rich for our budget.

However, I usually can find another person at the company's email in Seamless and use that same format to figure out the email of the party I was searching for. Seamless should do this automatically and just disclaim how it arrived at the email.
