It began from the moment we began with EvolutionX, the support team took over the implementation and ran with it. Our contribution was minimal; mostly marketing decisions and supplying data for launch. Frankly, we could not believe how easy the launch was.

> **Avantages**: We are not a "tech" skilled company. Integrated EVO and then the new version EVO-X was nearly headache free. :) It is a software you can learn. Setting up customers is easy. Pricing is simple and multi-level. Still fully learning how robust and powerful the labels are. Badges are efficient, fun and powerful. Item merchandising can be simple and quick, or very involved. Wish we had more staff to fully engage the marketing \& merchandising. Could use help with adding content and getting our rewards program off the ground. Easy to export reports and data.

> **Inconvénients**: Wish orders integrated with ECi, but that's not the fault of EVO. Could use a series of training classes for our new employees. Help with HubSpot and SpinStak and the Rewards program. Help with Essendant marketing I don't want to use Sales.i

Giving us the flexibility to manage the sites inhouse gave us back the freedom to be able to connect to other service providers. Connections into clients ERPs and an open API portal as moves us to the next level
