The remote terminal and remote desktop access are straightforward, reliable, and easy to use, making day-to-day support much smoother. To be able to fully utilize the platform (Billing/Quoting/Doc/Projects/etc) we NEED to be able to have a lower tier package for admin employees / contractors that work on projects. At the moment, there isn't and we can't mix and match packages. (every users must be on the same plan) It forces us to use other tools that aren't fully integrated to superops to be able to work. We can't justify 159USD/month for admin employees or contractors that need extremely minimal use of the platform (timesheet at least/ project / billing / quoting/ etc) It is cruelly missing the kind of flexibility for us to scale better using superops. It also lacks scalability in the automation (triggers) and scripting. We can't classify and organize everything cleanly. Its only based of automation/script name. Its such a pain to manage at scale \! > > Awesome experience overall. It's helping us reach new heights that we could not have achieved.
