Also they're in France and I'm French. It suddenly felt more like "my podcast is in the hands of humans, not a corporation". > > **Inconvénients**: They never warn you before they take your money to renew your subscription. Their customer service is not super friendly and barely ever really helps. > > When I started out with Ausha, there was another pricing system that I really liked, and I planned to upgrade for the second year, but that plan didn't exist anymore, plus they took my money without warning me or allowing me to switch plans, and they never apologized let alone accepted to at least edit the invoice since by mentioning my new company. But if I'm not communicating with them, I'm handling my podcast pretty well by myself because it is extremely easy to use. I've never encountered any technical glitch ever. They keep improving their product, at Christmas we all received free sounds as a surprise, but I wish I had known it was time sensitive, I was never able to retrieve my gift\! TnT I also liked the seminar they launched last year online, marketing tools for podcast producers. The AUSHA team is super dynamic, full of creativity and professionalism. They are always listening to customers to improve our experience with them every day. They are very responsive, available and warm. It's a company, yes, but one that feels like family. As I write this review, I'm meeting them tonight in Paris for an aperitif where we can meet the whole team but also many podcasters. These are precious moments for us who are, very often, alone behind our microphone. There is also the Ausha club which allows us to support each other between podcasters and to make partnerships, real or virtual meetings, to answer interview requests or to submit a request to interview a person, tutorials and many other things.
