IT IS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS\!\! > > TOP PRODUCT, TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE, EASY TO USE\!\! I have made 7 LOGOS for my company and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome\! ----- ### "Beyond the Logo: Why I like Smashing Logo" — 5.0/5 > **Lydia** | *2 août 2024* | Matériaux de construction | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: After comparing multiple logo generating sites, I found that my design options were limited and looked homemade. Smashing Logo's idea generator articulated what I wanted and gave me the most customization options of the different logo generating programs. We love our new logo and received a compliments too. Also, the price point is very affordable for small business owners. Finally, we like how easy it is to get our image downloads. They even have your logos in motion which is fancy. > > **Inconvénients**: Maybe the option to modify the color of certain elements inside the logo would be a nice feature to have. I know that might be impossible to implement but I would have liked to have two colors in a specific location in my logo image. I would also like the ability to save or store my previous versions in one location. You can mark your drafts as "favorite" but they don't seem to transfer into a favorite file to be found later. > > One thing which sets Smashing Logo apart is their customer service. After I purchased the logo for my new company, my team gave positive feedback on everything except the font I chose for the company name. Knowing Smashing Logo offered a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, I returned to Smashing Logo designer through my account and attempted to make the adjustments to the font. After I updated the font, I couldn't seem to finalize the modified design and download it with my primary computer literacy skills. I reached out to the company for help and they provided me fast assistance. Highly recommend this company\! ----- ### "anti-climatic" — 2.0/5 > **tasha** | *1 août 2024* | Équipement et fournitures de bureau | Taux de recommandation : 4.0/10 > > **Avantages**: the ease of using it. beautiful designs. > > **Inconvénients**: the complication with the premium package. the Forever brand tool, > > the customer service keeps sending me to the paid platform ----- ### "Speedy resolution of problems & great new AI prompt feature" — 5.0/5 > **Tess** | *25 août 2025* | Santé, bien-être et fitness | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10 > > **Avantages**: They were really helpful when I contacted them about a problem I was having. They resolved my query quickly. It's easy to use and the new AI prompts to customise the logo is great. > > **Inconvénients**: It's difficult to know how you can change the watermark image.
