> **Avantages**: I don't really use the software but it was easy to install. However, your support team is amazing. One of the customer rep has been helping me out the last 2 days and I really felt like he wanted to get this done and even stayed after his normal duty hours to make sure my client was happy. I really cannot thank him enough.

> **Inconvénients**: the only thing that I could even come close to being a con is the fact your company does not have an internal remote software. Dealing with remote access all day I know that my client sometimes barely know how to turn on a computer much less install a program such as team viewer.

The reporting is detailed, but simple and it's easy to pull the specific information you need without over or under filtering. The customer service is great too. You actually talk to a local person that makes sure you're comfortable with the solution before you're done with your call.

> **Inconvénients**: As a manager, I like TimeClick and think it's easy to use, but my employees have issues submitting for time corrections. I also wish it could be used by remote employees, but it cannot due to being tied to internal IP address.

> Overall experience is good and I would recommend this product for other small businesses on a budget.
